Man pleads guilty in death of a young mother

A man is expected in Carroll County Superior Court early this afternoon, to plead guilty and then be sentenced for his role in the kidnapping and murder of a young mother. 29 year old Michael Petelis from Ossipee is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery. The body of 20-year-old Krista Dittmeyer was found in a pond in North Conway several days after her baby was discovered, alone but safe and sleeping in the back of Dittmeyer’s car parked nearby. Two other men have entered guilty pleas and are now in prison.
