What People Are Talking About 1/23/15

Listen up next week as we talk to the people responsible for some of the local puppy’s going to the Puppy Bowl! Speaking of “Bowls” if you aren’t into the “Superbowl” or “Puppy Bowl” maybe you might want to watch “The Toddler Bowl” on TLC. Yes TLC is planning on airing this fun sounding competition featuring kids between one and three who will go “diaper to diaper” in a series of challenges. Look for the kids to take the “Quarterback Challenge” and compete in the “End Zone Dance”, “Bubble Break” and more. Sounds like fun but I’ll be watching the Pat’s and Seahawks do battle.

Have you ever heard of ‘Lottery Fatigue’? It looks like a lot of the country is suffering from it. People are not buying Power Ball tickets like they used to. People are only going for the big jackpots and not the smaller ones. It has become a problem because many states rely on selling lots of tickets all the time and the revenue numbers are declining. I wonder if the states themselves are thinking about buying tickets trying to win…
