By now you have heard winter storm Juno is headed our way, I’m hoping you already have your supply’s. By the time the storm is done we could see quite a bit of snow possibly 30″ in some places, if you have to shovel try and keep up with the snow as it falls, I know easier said than done. If you can your back may thank you for not lifting the entire 30 inches at once. I did laugh as I was at the grocery store and many people were filling up their carts with food I did see a woman buying bread & milk, nothing else just bread & milk. Be safe in the storm and we will keep you updated as it progresses!
If you have ever been on a plane you know what Sky Mall is, if you haven’t then you really are missing out on something fun. Sky Mall is a catalog in the back of the seats that sells stuff that you never knew you needed. The catalog is full of inventions that covered every thing from taking care of your pets with indoor potty’s for them to products that could grow hair back. Sky Mall was always fun to look at and talk about but I don’t think they sold too many products, the C.E.O. of the company recently announced they will file for bankruptcy. If Sky Mall goes away I hope the airlines find something else to replace it, I mean if I’m looking for a “Glow In The Dark Toilet Seat” where else am I going to find one?
Finally can we put “Deflategate” behind us? I know the NFL is still investigating the psi of the footballs and hasn’t ruled anything yet but, I think it’s time to move on and talk about the game that is going to be played on Sunday. The two best teams are set to go head to head and media day is tomorrow, that means everyone who has a microphone will be asking all kinds of questions to the coaches and players. During the Pro-Bowl last night a reporter asked Richard Sherman from the Seahawks what he thought about deflated footballs and he basically said that because the Patriots owner is in tight with the NFL commissioner that it will all be brushed under the rug.
