Twitter was going crazy over the past few days after the Superbowl, first it was the interception by Malcolm Butler, but now its up in arms because Pat’s coach Bill Belichick kissed his daughter on the lips. This is incredible, the Twitisphere is blowing up with negative comments saying things like “it made me feel icky” and “gross” because the photographer just happened to snap a photo of the two of them kissing and their eyes were closed. In real time it was an embrace and a kiss congratulating him. This is what drives me crazy about some social media, people can say what they want about whoever they want and they hide behind a screen, never to be revealed who they are. I’m sure they Tweeters just made those comments to get a reaction and guess what they did. I guess they got what they wanted.

Another thing that has many people up in arms is the report about herbal supplements. The government did some testing on some store brand supplements and found that the bottles did not contain what the packages say. They tested Echinacea, St. Johns Wort, Ginseng ad some others and found wheat, rice, beans and in some cases ground up house plants in the pills! Many of the stores where the bottles were tested said they would look into the claims and remove the supplements if they are not what the bottles say they are. One major problem is running the risk of an allergy problem, if there is wheat in some pills and somebody has a wheat allergy it could be an issue. The stores selling the supplements were GNC, Target, Walmart and Walgreen’s, all of which are checking the products to make sure they are safe.
