Amy is the dispatcher for a school bus company. She is the go between the school system and the bus company.  She also listens to the 50 drivers about their personal and company problems. She is a single mother of two boys. She also started a volunteer group that collects items and assemble Warm, Hygiene & Feminine Bages to distribute to the less fortunate. Though community donations she has made over 10,000 packs. She also has to live with family issues. Her mother is also battling cancer.
