Courtney is an outstanding woman whose impact is defined by service. While she holds a senior leadership role professionally, it is her consistent commitment to quietly, personally, and without recognition giving back that most clearly reflects who she is. Courtney is deeply engaged in volunteer efforts that strengthen New Hampshire communities. She volunteered with Manchester Grows, helping build and maintain community gardens that address food insecurity, and with the New Hampshire Food Bank, ensuring neighbors have access to healthy meals. These efforts reflect her belief that no one should struggle alone and that local action can create meaningful change. Through Walking Pets, Courtney supports animals with mobility challenges by helping fit adaptive devices for dogs in need. This work became deeply personal through her own three-legged dog, Torque, whose resilience inspired others throughout the Derry community. Torque’s story helped raise awareness for canine cancer, encouraged adoptions through For the Love of Dog Rottweiler Rescue of New Hampshire, and brought comfort to pet owners navigating difficult diagnoses. Courtney also gives back through large-scale community initiatives. She has raised thousands of dollars for local education and health programs through the United Way of Greater Nashua, including participating in a downtown Manchester rappel to support community services. She organizes company-wide volunteer days with the Blue Ocean Society, bringing teams together to protect New England’s coastal ecosystems and instill a sense of environmental stewardship. In addition, Courtney actively supports the New Hampshire Recovery Friendly Workplace Program, helping promote dignity, inclusion, and second-chance opportunities within organizations. Her advocacy reflects her broader commitment to meeting people where they are and creating spaces where individuals can rebuild and thrive. Courtney’s dedication to service is rooted in resilience. After losing her father at a young age, she balanced full-time work, graduate school, and family responsibilities, ultimately helping save her family home from foreclosure. That experience shaped her lifelong commitment to lifting others during moments of hardship. Those who know Courtney describe her as compassionate, humble, and driven by integrity. She leads by example, gives generously of her time, and serves her community with authenticity and heart. Courtney exemplifies what it means to be an Outstanding Woman. Her volunteerism, advocacy, and quiet leadership continue to make New Hampshire a stronger, more caring place to live.
Her favorite quote is: ” If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid.”
