Heather Francoeur

I am honored to nominate Heather Francoeur for the Outstanding Women contest. Heather’s personality is truly remarkable. When she enters a room, her warmth and openness are immediately felt. She is engaging, inclusive, and radiates joy. Heather loves to learn, accepts others’ thoughts and opinions, and always greets you with a smile, no matter what her day is like. She has a unique ability to brighten even the darkest of days.

Professionally, Heather excels in the banking industry, currently serving as the Vice President, Senior Branch Relationship Manager at Enterprise Bank. Despite her demanding full-time job, Heather dedicates a significant amount of her time to volunteering with various organizations, including Queen City Rotary, Families in Transition, NH Food Bank, Friends of Anie, and the Boys and Girls Club.

Heather’s commitment to these organizations goes beyond participation; she takes on several leadership roles within the Rotary Club and Families in Transition. She serves on the Families in Transition Board of Directors, as well as their Annual Breakfast, Resource Development, and Walk Against Hunger committees. Monthly, Heather can be found serving dinner in the Families in Transition Adult Emergency Shelter, where she organizes routine volunteers from the Rotary Club to assist.

Heather’s leadership extends to her role as President Elect for Queen City Rotary, where she will begin her term as President later this year. In the meantime, she remains busy serving as the Community Service Committee Chair, DEI committee member, and Chair of the Queen City Rotary’s largest event, the Comedy Bowl. Heather has also played a pivotal role in the Rotary Club’s Evening at the North Pole event, where she spreads magic to all the children and families attending.

Despite facing challenges like everyone else, Heather consistently musters the will and energy to continue sharing her light with others. I believe that this extraordinary woman is more than deserving of recognition as one of the WZID 20 Outstanding Women of 2025.

Her outstanding achievements include:

  • President-Elect, Queen City Rotary
    • Chair of Community Service Committee
    • Chair of Comedy Bowl Fundraiser Committee
    • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee
  • Board Member, Families in Transition
    • Resource Development Committee
    • Annual Breakfast Fundraiser Committee
    • Walk Against Hnger Committee
