Courtney Magoon has been the music teacher in Litchfield for three years and in that short tenure has completely transformed the arts in our little town. She took a chorus of 30 third and fourth graders and within a year had 90 students opting in because she makes music fun for everyone! In addition to vibrant classes and chorus club, she is single handedly helping the 1st-4th graders in an after school performing arts club and in February will put on Finding Nemo junior with 89 children! She goes above and beyond for our kids and her enthusiasm has them falling in love with the arts on profound levels. We are so lucky as parents to have her and want to thank her for all the love and knowledge she shares with our kids! She is changing their worlds!
