Ms. Malone was my English teacher, track coach, and mentor during my years at Winnisquam. She is caring and devoted to her students and athletes. I have met many teachers in my time in high school, but none were as committed to her students as Ms. Malone. She always makes sure students feel heard and listened to. At the same time, she will ALWAYS hold you accountable. She notices more than most teachers would. Sometimes she knew exactly what someone needed to hear, even if they didn’t want to. Her door is almost always open, and she is more than willing to help with anything. And that goes from another teacher’s work all the way to applying for college. I know some people think she can be a little mean but it’s just because she pushes you to be the best version of yourself. Patti Malone will always push you the extra mile. In the classroom, and on the track.
