Lisa brings creativity, community, and joy to our school far beyond the classroom. She launched our beloved Poetry Walk, where every K–8 student writes a poem displayed across the field in a celebration of student voice—complete with cookies from the PTA and live music from our IT staff. This year, she expanded it into a fall festival kickoff with classroom scarecrows, adding even more fun, connection, and school pride. A dedicated and innovative teacher, Lisa creates a welcoming classroom where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Her passion for education, creative spirit, and unwavering commitment to her students have made her not only an exceptional educator but a true leader and builder of community and school tradition.
